Freestyle Cruising is the most creative and unique experience in cruising. Our goal is to provide you with freedom of choice. Whether you're dining, enriching your mind or body, or just plain relaxing, NCL has created a world of options for you. Choose Italian or Asian cuisine, resort or formal wear, dine early or late, with old friends or new - we'll leave it up to you.

DINING
Freestyle Cruising gives you dining options galore, with more restaurants and a greater variety of menus than ever before. On NCL ships, the dining choices are all yours... and they're all great. Features of Freestyle dining are:

• Each ship offers multiple dining options with a variety of exceptional cuisine from all over the world - Gourmet French, Traditional Italian, Continental Cuisine, Spanish Tapas, Hawaiian Cuisine, Asian Fusion and Sushi.
  
• You choose the restaurant, the night, the time and your dining companions.
  
• Healthy menu selections
  
• A President's Menu designed by Henry Haller, former White House Executive Chef.
  
• With so many restaurants you can dine in a different

Dress the way your spirit moves you on NCL's Freestyle ships. From `Resort Casual` attire to formal wear, it's all up to you. Although some occasions may require specific attire, a jacket and tie are typically not required onboard. On NCL you can express your style whenever and wherever you choose.


ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT
For guests who don't want to waste a minute of their cruise, NCL offer day and night activities and entertainment, including a new series of programs to stimulate your mind and challenge your body. Do it all. Or nothing at all. With Freestyle Cruising it's always your choice.

By day, recreation activities include aerobics classes, yoga, boxercise, volleyball, ping-pong and basketball tournaments. Or be entertained by your fellow passengers at the guest talent shows or karaoke. Improve your culinary skills at our cooking classes, enjoy wine tasting and marvel at our ice carving demonstrations. And for those with special interests, we have casino gaming lessons, computer classes and enrichment lectures.

By night, entertainment abounds - Broadway shows, variety shows, magicians, nightly singers and musicians, discos with live DJ, cinema featuring the latest films and 70's flashback nights. Relax in one of up to 13 bars and lounges, attend the Captain's Welcome Party or enjoy a cigar in one of the smoking rooms.

And then there is always our onboard Casinos. NCL's Monte Carlo Casinos feature all the play you want and plenty of it. There's Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Let It Ride®, and Caribbean Stud Poker® with the excitement of a progressive jackpot. Plus all your favorite slots, including the newest and loosest afloat. MANDARA SPA
NCL is proud to announce its fleetwide agreement with Mandara Spa, a leading operator of exotic resort spas in the world.

The name 'Mandara' comes from an ancient Sanskrit legend about the gods' quest to find the elixir of immortality and eternal youth. Mandara spa, originating in Bali, has embraced the legend. With over 45 land and sea-based spas worldwide and on Norwegian Cruise Lines, we have developed unique and exotic spa treatments to reflect the beauty, spirit and traditions of Bali. We cannot promise immortality but when you experience one of our unique treatments, you too will feel as if you can live forever.....

KID'S CREW
You want to go here. They want to go there. You want to unwind. They're just winding up. How do you take a real holiday and still bring the kids? By taking separate holidays, together of course!

NCL's Kid's Crew™ for ages 2 to 17, is a program of things to do, places to go and kids to meet. Because your children won't get homesick, but they also won't get underfoot. You can enjoy a massage while they're on a treasure hunt. Play roulette while they're camping out, or head for the Chocoholic Buffet™ while they're having a pillow fight at a pajama party.

Every minute they spend in Kid's Crew™ is carefully supervised by our staff of youth counselors from leading universities and organizations. Prior to coming aboard, they attend a special training course on team and confidence building, communication skills, safety and working with children who have special needs. Together they've come up with an impressive bag of tricks for your kids.

There are circuses, crafts, parades, sports, games, stories and parties. Campouts with flashlights and tents, and cooking classes where they can make pizza or pancakes. There is T-shirt painting, face painting and poolside root beer floats. Treasure hunts and sand castle competitions on our private island. And even shore excursions designed just for families. Of course we promise we'll give them plenty of time to spend with you, too. Shoot some hoops at the basketball court or take them to the magic show.

In addition to regularly scheduled hours on days at sea, including 7.00pm to 10.00pm, NCL's 'Kids Crew' program is now available on port days for Group sitting from 9.00am to 5.00pm and every evening from 10.00pm to 1.00am (for a nominal fee), providing children with even more occasions to enjoy the creative activities that have been specifically designed for them. Activities are organized according to age group.
